Subject: ANST - Coronation XL Schedule

Schedule

800 a.m. Open site archery inspections and activities will begin as soon
as a marshal shows up.
1000 until 1200 Children's sign in and activities start.
1100 a.m. End Reign for Barn and Kat
1200 a.m. until 100 p.m. Children's Lunch (fee of 1.00 or 1.25 per child)
1pm to 3pm Midday break from ALL activities.
300 p.m. Coronation for Gunthar and Sara.
300 p.m. - 500 p.m. Last round of Children's activities with a snack
provided.
500 p.m. Circle meetings and resume Archery activities
500 p.m. End of Merchanting, SET UP FOR FEAST
700 p.m. Feast (600 p.m. if at all possible)
After feast clear away tables so that dancing can begin. The areas that
are not being used for dancing will be closed off for cleaning if
possible.

We are at 319 reservations for a 300 person feast. A waiting list has been
started.
