[Central] Update on Kingdom Warlord site for this weekend

Hi all,
I just received a call from the co-Autocrat, Lady Isabeau, from the site at
Kingdom Warlord in Livingston, for the event.  I'm sure some of you have
been concerned about conditions at the site, due to the recent rains in the
Houston and surrounding areas.   So, here goes...

Lady Isabeau reports:
'The site is relatively dry.  There is no standing water on the ground.
The ground appears to have been draining well.    The sky is partly cloudy
with patches of blue on one side of the sky and there are clouds forming on
another side of the sky...so it could go either way.    There is a nice
breeze blowing, and the temperature is about 10 degrees cooler than in
Houston.'

Another reminder,.. the site has two very large, open sided, concrete
floored, covered pavillions to provide shade and cover.  Also, there is a
permanent flush toilet/shower building on site.    And there are reasonable
hotels in the Livingston area.      Check the event website for further
