[Central] Central Regional Mailing list is moderated...

The Central Region mailing list has been removed from "full" moderation.

However, I have had to reject two postings for "MIME"
inclusions/attachments recently. It appeared that a UUCP (encoded file
attachment) was being attempted, and I could not determine from the
commentary what was being sent.

The reminder from all this? Please keep individual postings to 40k or
less -- and please check with the list moderator (hi, that's me for now)
before attempting attachments.
