[Central] ADMIN: Need Replacement Admin For List

Due to personal circumstances, I need to step aside / back as List
Admin for Central Region, Ansteorra.  Besides no longer living in
the Region, and having maintained this position since the List was
first established, in all likelihood I will be losing daily Internet
and email access in the very near future.

I will accept requests until midnight Thursday, and will certainly
do what I can to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.  (If
there are irregularities with this, I would ask the Central Regional
Chronicler to e-mail me privately -- I would certainly appreciate
it.)

If acceptable to my replacement and the Regional Chronicler, I will
gladly continue in an advisory capacity for as long as necessary.
