If you fought as a combat archer from the Central 
Region during Gulf War XII and have yet to receive 
your GW XII combat archer's campaign patch, 
please seek me out to collect yours during Steppes 
12th Night, I shall be carrying campaign patches 
with me all during the event.

If you cannot make the event, contact me via 
e-mail and we'll try to make arrangements to 
get yours to you.
