Heilsa,

To those who might received this more than once, apology.

Thank you to Lady Ameline Du Bois - Baroness of Elfsea, and
   to HL Rixende de Rouen (Cadet to Master Robin) - Seneschal of Elfsea
   for bringing out the grills, hot dogs with all the trimmings and the hot
  coffee and chocolate.

Upfront - An apology to those that I did not record name of being
     in attendance and/or mis-spelling of name.

Saturday, a day for short sleeves and shorts
Sunday, a day to wrap one's hands around
 Hot Chocolate/Coffee and/or your SO, as the case may be
Temperature in 50's, with cooling wind

In armor was a warming experience to those
Refreshing winds of Winter
A good turnout for this Joint War Practice
Including both those who don armor or fought rapier
Less anyone forgets - those who came out to
Support those who fought.

No Giants were laid low
Guess Jack was off seeking new contract
Lions skinned by those wearing Purple

Next Joint War Practice:
January 1st
Steppes - Mary Heads Carter (MHC) in Carrollton
2 PM until 5 or 6 PM or when light fails.
Yes, it is the 1st day of the new year - treat it just like you would
if you party too hard the night before at a War event.

Although the temperatures are cooler
And the weather has moderated, the usual reminder:
Please bring at least 1 gallon or more of water and gatorade. I
recommend 2 gallons of fluids and snacks to replenish your
energy levels.
Plus, various types of snacks - cold pickles
- oranges - energy bars - etc...
- Bring Chairs for you to sit upon.
- Perhaps a grill to heat drinks and/or snack food
- Dress for the weather and bring extra for additional layers as well.

Fighter/War Practice involves just that - practice and training.
To reach our goals, then both words come into focus.
Training involves separate levels -
Basic level to "good"
Man-At-Arms and/or Squire entry level
Centurion level
Tournament level
War Fighting

Note - Individual fights and opponents after listing
of attendance for both heavy and rapier.

Lady Genna, Elfsea Rapier Marshal, conducted basic
drills in rapier for one and all who wish to improve their
skills in rapier.

In addition, Lady Genna provided instruction to Elfsea's
future, a small gentle had don rapier gear and pick-up a blade.
