I would like to suggest that a small budget for waterbearing supplies be
considered, at least enough for gatoraid.  Then at populace on the 30th,
consider asking for donations.  Generally people are willing to drop a
dollar or two in a hat, especially to help the smaller groups.  I know that
TE Northkeep will not begrudge their Canton a small budget for waterbearing.
$30 or so should be sufficient, allowing for some donated funds/supplies as
well.

already funding apx 1000 dollars to make this event happen. our plan was to
place water coolers at the places that it was needed. However any volunteer
services that the water bearing community wanted to give would be much
appreciated.

Heya all:

I'm a little concerned as I've heard from a couple different sources that
Faire of the Harvest has a whopping $0.00 budget for waterbearing.  Needless
to say, that's a little alarming!

Is the current plan to have no waterbearing services, as the weather will be
cool, if not cold, in November?

Or ... is the expectation that the waterbearers will pay for everything
provided out of their own pocket, as well as all disposable supply items?

Or... ? (I'm not sure what other option there is...??)

Please help me understand your goals and viewpoint, so I can best support
the efforts of the Canton.
