Pennsic  Announcement~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Detour information
Things to know about  check-in
     This has been a challenging year for us at Cooper's Lake. There have been many changes some are apparent and some not so.
     The first change you will
                  notice is etroll. We have changed the way you will check-in.
                  It is all electronic. It will speed up the registration
                  process. However it is a new system so if there are some
                  hiccups along the way I hope you will be patient with
     Another big change is that
                  we've upgraded most of the electric to 30 amp and added 40 new
                  sewer sites. Because of this there are areas that have not
                  filled in with grass. The areas affected are the merchant
                  areas, 20's, 40's and 70's Please do not call to inquire about
                  the upgrades or ground conditions.
                  Then of course there is the bridge being out on Currie Road.
                  There are instructions here and on cooperslake.com  for the detour.   Your GPS will tell you to use Book Rd for the detour DO NOT USE BOOK ROAD!!! It is a winding, narrow one lane road with two way traffic. You have been warned....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Online  registration comes in three flavors: Prepaid 2 Weeks, Prepaid  1 Week and Unpaid. No land is allotted for unpaid  registrations. This is purely to expedite trolling  in.
Attendees will troll in on tablets manned by SCA
                  personnel. Troll will be paperless except for the receipts
                  given by the Cooper's Lake cashiers.
You will provide
                  your confirmation or PENN number and photo ID to the SCA
                  personnel. They will call up the information on the tablet
                  then show it to you for verification
Once the
                  information is verified and/or corrected you select
                  'Continue'. If the attendee is an adult then the SCA member
                  screen is displayed. Selecting 'Yes' or 'No' will bring you to
                  the waiver.  If the attendee is a minor or infant then
                  the waiver screen is displayed immediately.
The waiver
                  screen shows the waiver, your name and the date. It allows you
                  to read the waiver and sign on the tablet with a stylus or
                  finger. After a valid signature is given select 'Continue'. At
                  this point the signed waiver is saved to a PDF. From here the
                  eTroll process proceeds to the Cooper's Lake cashiers, or
                  eCashiers where you pay and receive your receipt and
                  medallion. Medallion numbers are issued sequentially when
                  payment is received.
The new eTroll saves numerous
                  pieces of paper and ink. It saves time searching
cabinets for attendee envelopes. We foresee eTroll
                  expediting the entire trolling in
