Hear Ye! Hear Ye!  Attend my words!  Our event is fast drawing nigh.  It is time to take 
inventory of what you have, and what you lack!  Garb, clothing for set up and take down.
Armour..What's in good shape, what needs to be repaired/replaced.  Feastware (for yourself
and any family/guests.  Basics--cup and/or glass, plate, bowl, flatware (fork-spoon-knife:
either dull or sharp) something to carry it all in.  We'll try to have a set or two of 
loaner stuff..But I'd like to lighten the load a little.  Snacks and if you want a libation 
other than what's offed for feast...bring it!  If camping...remember to bring your bedding,
teddy bear:) everthing you need to be comfortable.  May I suggest lamps or flashlight, 
unless of course, you LIKE going to the privy in the dark!  If bring family or other guests 
make sure they have what they need.  Please....they don't have to have elaborate garb..but 
at least a tunic or such.  If they carry cell phones, put them in a pouch or pocket and 
only use them in an out-of-sight place. Rember..we've just under 3 weeks to get our act
