CR - New Coastal Regional Seneschal

Greetings to the people of the Coastal Region of Ansteorra.  As you know HL 
Beatrix d'Angouleme is stepping down as Coastal Regional Seneschal.  After 
considerable thought I have selected Baron Michael Silverhands to be her 
replacement.  I would like to commend HL Beatrix d'Angouleme for her 
excellent service as Coastal Regional Seneschal and wish her growing family 
all the best.
