Greetings to the Populace of Westgate and Stargate from Kovac Myklos, event
steward/autocrat of Westgate Winter Collegium.

There was to be a planning meeting for Westgate Winter Collegium Monday
Night, September 27, at 7 p.m. at the Alief Library.

As the autocrat of this event, I was certainly planning on attending this
meeting.

Unfortunately, that same day, at 2 p.m., in Gatesville, Texas, funeral
services were held for my grandfather who passed away last Saturday.  He was
82 years old and died of heart failure.  I was unable to contact anyone to
let them know the meeting had been cancelled.

I apologize to anyone who had to drive out to the library to find out that
the autocrat was not there.  I didn't mean to inconvience or worry anybody.

I just wanted all of you to know that my absence was not due to
irresponsibliy.

The meeting will be re-scheduled and I will announce the time and place at
the next Stargate and Westgate populace meetings.
