Greetings for Stargate's Event Steward

The last planning meeting for Stargate's Baronial/Investiture will be at
5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 27th at Sir Godwin and Mistress Lissa's
home.  Please e-mail them at djurgens at swbell.net if you need directions.

A NOTICE TO ANY AND ALL GENTLES:
Cooks, cook's assistants, clerks, stewards, kitchen-boys, kitchen-maids
and turnspits help are desired for the Good Baron's kitchen staff.  If
you can help at either one of the two cooking days or at the event,
please contact Lord Vaclav at 713/686-9883 (home) or email him at
tedk at ieee.org.  He would like to add several delicacies to the menu if
time and help permits.  Cooking days will be the Saturday before (9/2)
and the Thursday evening before (9/7) the event, contact Lord Vaclav.
Lectures in period cooking methods, available foods and the intricacies
of life will be provided at no additional charge.

A scullery staff is being hired by HL Ihon Vinson macFergus
(jhirling at houston.rr.com or 713/956-0046) for Saturday evening after
feast to assure that the hands of all good gentles are not soiled or
ruined by kitchen drudgery.
