CR - Query re Stargate populace meeting

Thank you, Baroness Kathri, for asking. Stargate's Populace meeting will be
held on January 8th, usual place and time. It was moved because the first
Monday of the month falls on Jan. 1st when, yes, the library is closed.
Whenever the first Monday of the month falls on a holiday when the library
is closed, the meeting then will be held the following Monday. That means
that the next Monday, being the third Monday of the month, January 15th,
will be the night of Stargate's Business meeting to be held at HL Ihon's
home as usual. A further note for those interested, dinner after Populace
meeting, Jan. 8th will be at Juanita's Mexican Restaurant, 2728 W. T.C.
Jester.

When will the January populace meeting be held, and where?  First Monday is
January 1 and the library will be closed.  So, another day? Or another
place?
 I've checked with a couple of people, but nobody remembers an annoucement
being made last month.
