CR - surgical tubing for ballista

I just bought some surgical tubing at the local Home Depot for around $1.50 a 
foot. Try your local medical suppliers and hardware stores. if you find some 
real cheap, get with me. Perhaps we can pool our resources and buy the whole 
roll.
