CR - Youth Rapier Fighter Practice

Don Christoforo has announced that he will not be attending practice this
evening due to the cold.

This morning I informed Delphina that I will not be attending because I
don't want to take Mary out in the extreme cold and due to personal business.

Seeing as there will be no instructors/marshals present, tonight's Youth
Rapier practice is cancelled.
