[Coastal] rain, flood and UoH

Well, I think it's safe to say that fighter practice at UH will not be
happening this week regardless of the weather on Tuesday night.  Now if I
can just figure out how to get my paper/exam handed in by Thursday...

I hope that this finds everyone dryer than they were
yesterday.  I know that a lot of people had water in
their houses this weekend.  I'm added to the list, not
from flood (it got to the door a couple of times but
not in) but from the windows leaking. Joy, joy.
(Carpet-Smell-Bad.) But the only damage is the carpet
and my very, old sewing machine table.  I feel very
blessed.

Please be warned that University of Houston has asked
that no one come on campus this next week and in fact
they are working to find alternate housing for those
in the dorms.
