[Coastal] test

Actually, no... my e-mail system either locked up (ie..didn't send out any
mail from our server)... or the new 'mailman' system was sluggish...
couldn't tell which.  I sent out the test mail at 10am this morning, and it
did not show up on the Coastal list till 2:30pm.   Hum.... probably our
server here at work.  So, thought I'd check it out before sending mail to
never-never land.
I guess the blockage finally unblocked.
