[Coastal] Metal Casting

Is there anyone in the kingdom (preferrably coastal region) involved in
metal casting?  I have an interest in trying my hand at some pewter casting
and would like to know where I can obtain materials.  Also, if anyone is
willing to teach me a bit on the craft, I'd be appreciative.  I've read
through some articles on Stefan's Florilegium, but was wondering if there's
anyone local that is involved in this.
