[Coastal] Loch / Stargate Fighter Practice

Fighter Practice is canceled for tonight due to weather
conditions.  There will not be a Knight Marshal present.
Fighters, take this time to insure that your armor and weapons are
ready for Border Wars.  Also take a look at your cards to insure
you will be legal for Gulf War.  There will be no authorizations
at Gulf War.  Stay warm!
