Then do we have an event for you!

June 21st Stargate is hosting an event dedicated to preparing and
serving a period feast.  The idea is to provide an event with a small
feast (approximately 75 people) and let the cooks have fun.  Time period
is 1550-1600.  Each course will represent a different geographical area.

If you would like to cook (especially needed are head cooks for the
courses) or do research please contact me by January 19th.
