[Coastal] thrown weapons

Greetings to all in the Coastal Region of Ansteorra,
I am honored to now be serving as the Thrown Weapons Marshal for the Coastal
Region.  As such, it is my plan to work my way through the region to promote
thrown weapons activities and authorize marshals for local branches.  If you
are interested in becoming authorized as a TW Marshal, either at-large or as
a local officer, please let me know by emailing me with your name, email
address, and the name of your local branch.  I will make periodic
announcements to inform the region at which events I will be holding
authorization classes.  If you have any questions about thrown weapons,
