[Coastal] Off Topic: Music Lessons

I am looking for a recommendation for a violin
teacher who is willing to begin from the very
beginning -- teaching how to read music, etc.
I'm looking for someone who is very patient and
charges a reasonable price for his or her
services.
I would appreciate any advice. Please reply
