[Coastal] Coastal Regional Chronicler - I need a replacement

Greetings to the Coastal Region,

I have held the office of Regional Chronicler for almost two years.  My
warrant is up in July and I kinda' have another job lined up.  If you are
interested in being the Coastal Regional Chronicler, please contact the
Kingdom Chronicler with a complete application.  I would like a courtesy copy
also.  Good luck to those who may have already applied.
