Congrats Aylwin, 
Having known you for many years, from 'back in the day' when we painted scrolls and studied the
scribal arts at Lady Ahlianna's home (with Rose, Geoff, Sine, Brianna (Lisa), Kathri and many
others); I have great confidence in your abilities to coordinate and handle the job of Coastal
Regional Scribe officer.  My door is always open should you have any scribal needs.
