SPAM????[Coastal] Important Information about your house

Is it just me or are others getting this SPAM ?? I thought there were filters 
in place to prevent this.  I know I can just hit the DELETE button but it has 
been so nice and so long that this has been a SPAM free site, that I guess I 
am just surpassed that it is showing up.
