[Coastal] Waterbearing 101 Class at Stargate Baronial

At the request of some gentles in the Coastal region, I will be holding a
Waterbearing 101 class at Stargate Baronial near the waterbearing pavilion
next to the listfield. Tentative time for the class is around 3 p.m. Come on
out and learn the wonderful process of being a waterbearer-in-charge.
