[Coastal] No Loch/Stargate chivalric practice tonight

I called my youth fighters from the practice field to be sure they knew it  
was canceled. I went out there for the heck of it because my work is not too 
far  off. 
 
Not only did the standing water make it "Lake Practice" as Scarhart  
suggested, but there were two large piles of dirt / sand there, and the opposite  side 
where the kids climb trees was roped off with caution tape. Looks like some  
landscaping in progress?
