[Coastal] Kingdom Dance Planning Meeting - Monday, May 23

Kingdom Dance is just a month away.   We will have a planning meeting to 
gauge the current status and determine what needs to be done now.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 23 at David and 
Melanie's.  Snacks and drinks will be available.

If you are in charge of  a certain aspect of the event and cannot attend 
the meeting,  please e-mail a report on your current status and any 
questions you have.   We will see you Monday.

The major intersection is Highway 6 and Westpark.
Heading north or south on Highway 6 there is only one way
to turn into Westpark.  (Landmark - Walmart shopping center).

Travel Westpark past 2 stop signs - the 2nd sign is Addicks-Clodine
(landmark - Shamrock on corner).  Approximately 1/4 mile further on 
Westpark
turn left onto Timbergate.   (Landmark - as you travel down Westpark,
the subdivision on your left is surrounded by a white picket-like 
fence.  Timbergate
is the street where the picket-fence ends and a solid wood fence will 
begin.)

 From Timbergate, turn right into Clayton Greens Subdivision.
Make a left a the stop sign onto Clayton Bend and take the first right onto
Eagle Bluff Court.  4019 is on the left just before the cul de sac near 
the street light.
