Greetings Ansteorra,

Seawinds Defender X is almost here.  The following is some important
information....

TOURNAMENTS:

CHIVALRIC & RAPIER:  Both tournaments will follow a “Lady Luck” format; a roll
of the dice will determine your weapon.  BRING YOUR TOYS!
We will be holding authorizations in the morning during the youth tournament we
are in need of a chivalric authorizing marshal)

YOUTH TOURNEY:  There will be a Youth Combat Tournament Saturday morning at 10
am.  We apologize, but no youth authorizations will be available before the
tournament.  If there is interest, an authorization class could be held in the
afternoon.   Loaner weapons will be available.

A&S COMPETITION: Registration begins at 9:00 AM.  Documentation is required.

BARDIC COMPETITION:  The Bardic Competition will take place during feast.
You must register your intent to compete with Lord Dan the Artisan (he will be
introduced at morning court)

FEAST:  Feast is limited to 60.  Reservations are recommended.
Please note that due to the limited number of available tables, the tables will
be for feasters only.  If you are not eating feast you are welcome to bring
your own table. Please bring chairs.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

CLASSES:  Seneschal’s Class taught by Coastal Seneschal, HL Katherine

HOSPITALITY:  Join us Friday evening at 7 pm for chili, bread, dessert & drinks,
and for a light breakfast Sat morning at 8:30 am.

LUNCH:  Join us for soup, bread and dessert.  Cost: 2 cans of food or $2,
proceeds to be donated to the Ingleside Food Bank in preparation for
Thanksgiving.

LADIES TEA:  All the ladies are invited to a special tea hosted by Lord Arkell
vom Cophus
