[Coastal] Kits at FP tonight

Hi,
    Regarding the waivers. . .  To my knowledge Madog has been taking care 
of the waivers.  If he, Scarhart, or someone appointed by Madog aren't there 
to take care of the waivers, please bring them to populace on Monday, and I 
will take care of them.  Thanks for your help!!!!!
