Please pass this to all who may need some information:

First off, I want to thank all of you for sending me your info. If you missed pre-registering by mail... you still have one last chance. =)
You can go online at www.gulfwars.org up until Feb. 14th. We have this available to us for 2 wks only. After that, we are locked out of pre-registering.

If you are going and was unable to pre-register, please send me your information. I need to see what room I can make for you. I have not responded to each of you who sent me your info yet... I have hopes of doing so within a couple of days. If you pre-registered, it is 'officially-there'. Things I need from everyone going:
  1) SCA/mundane names
  2) Tent size w/ropes
  3) group camping with..ie, ( Stargate, Seawinds, Greywood, Gates-Edge..etc.,)
  4) Date of arrival
  5) Pre-registered? Y/N

Gulf War XV will be here before you know it. I cannot stress the importance of tubs w/ lids. We usually have a kitchen setup so that all may use/share. We will again have a common tent area, for gathering and eating under. This year, I hope to put the kitchen under the same tent... we will have a slightly bigger coastal-common tent.
I would like to see the period tents/pavilions around the perimeter of our "coastal land". This will hide the mundane tents from the many who walk the roads and give us the war-like feel. If you have room, an extra propane bottle is good.. these are used to help light the areas..so no one trips and to add to the several kitchens that will be used.
Also it was noted, be aware of children under 18... where they are and what adult is with them. It is not uncommon to be escorted out the gates.
If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to ask.. either I, or HE William of Welewen. We will be there to help you, in finding your campsite or answer any questions.
I look forward to seeing all of you at the war. Your attendance makes the war a great memory. Also, volunteering is a great way to meet people. So much to do... everyone will be participating in one or many areas. Classes, shopping, fighting...come be a part of it!

  In service,
HE Armand de Lacy -coastal land steward
HE William of Welewen -co coastal land steward
A special thanks to HE Sir Godwin of Edington...Ansteorran Liason for Gulf War XV
