[Coastal] Loch Guardian approaches!

  Their Serpentine Excellencies, William and Katya, invite you to join Them at Loch Guardian as They select Their Baronial Champions in the fields of Archery, Bardcraft, Chivalric Combat, Youth Combat, and Equestrian Skills. Their current Baronial Champions promise contests to test your worthiness.
   
  Loch Guardian will be held on May 19-21, 2006, at Camp Camwood, near Hockley, Texas, northwest of Houston. Site opens at 4pm on Friday, May 19.  Camping is available and encouraged.  A primitive shower will also be available.
   
  On Saturday, the Equestrian Competition begins at 9:00 am. (This is a change from the Black Star announcement.) The steeds of Ansteorra cannot be restrained!
  
   
  Morning Court will begin at 9:30 am.  The topic(s) for the third and final round of the Bardic Competition will be announced at Morning Court.  The Chivalric and Archery Competitions begin after court.  The Bardic Competition begins at 1pm.
   
  Baron Bors, Baron Loch Soilleir, offers special prizes to the three youths who score highest in the archery competition.
   
  Other activities:
  Loch Soilleir hopes to offer a Youth Combat authorization class during the day on Saturday. The Youth Boffer Tournament will begin at 2 pm.
   
  A rapier tournament and/or melees as devised by Don Tristan and Don Alessandro. The final format will depend on the number of participants and their collective preferences." 
   
  In the evening, Don Brian mac Cael promises an Italian feast of seven removes to enchant your palate.
