[Coastal] Coastal Digest, Vol 14, Issue 6

I'm not sure this is the whole reason, but take it from an equestrian, being 
stuck across a foot bridge/ river from all the other facilities and 
activities was no picnic. For non-equestrian  events it may be OK but if 
horses are to be included, this site is not good.
