[Coastal] More stuff found at Gulf War

As the last one to leave the Coastal emcampment I got to take home two 
abandoned boxes from stuff that presumably came from under the BFT.  First 
box is a blue Steralite brand box filled with disposable plates and bowls.  
Second box is larger, clear, damaged lid filled with more disposable 
dishware, some other kitchen type stuff including a metal wisk.
