[Coastal] weather for Loch/Stargate fighter practice tonight?

Anyone know what the ground conditions are like near U of H?  The rain stopped a while ago here in Clear Lake, but the ground outside is still a lot muddier than I expected it to be, & the cloud cover looks a lot mroe threatening than the radar map seems to be letting on.
