[Coastal] Bordermarch Baronials

Good Gentles,
  Her Excellency Elisabeth, by the grace of Their Stellar Majesties
Ansteorra, Baroness of the fine Barony Bordermarch, has asked me to pass
along some information concerning Bordermarch Baronials.
Bordermarch Baronials will be held at Winnie City Park in Winnie, TX, NOT at
Borderkeep in Jones Country.
  Their Excellencies will chose their champions in the fields of Chivalric
combat, Rapier combat, and in the Arts & Sciences.  Classes will also be
taught during the afternoon.
