[Coastal] Historian Deputy Needed

[Coastal Historian]

Greetings all,
   It has been my pleasure to serve as Coastal Region Historian.  However,
my time in office is coming to a close.  I am in need of a deputy so that we
may make a smooth transition in the office.  The office requires only 2
reports a year and is very rewarding as you have the opportunity to preserve
the history of our great kingdom.
