???? Greetings Coastal,
??? The General of our army, Caladin, needs to know who's in charge of what in 
our region this year. If you're on the command list, please report to Caladin on 
your unit strength. If you are a new commander who's not on the Command list, 
let me know and I'll aid you in getting on it.
??? If your group has no commander but you are going to fight at Gulf War, get 
with me so our general will have an idea of troop strength.
???In summary: All coastal commanders, get up, on your feet. It's time to 
march! We're going to kick the living daylights out of Trimaris this year. Have 
your men drill, come to the war practices and be ready to fight for honor, glory 
and Ansteorra!!
