[Coastal] New Local Seneschals for Seawinds and Loch Soilleir

[Coastal Seneschal]

Greetings to the Coastal Region:

I would like to announce the new local Seneschals for the Shire of Seawinds
and Barony of Loch Soilleir.

For Seawind, I would like to welcome HL John Lightfoot as Seneschal and
thank Lady Arianna de Genevois for all her work over the last two years for
the Shire.

For Loch Soilleir, I would like to welcome Lady Mairi M'Donnyle as Seneschal
and thank HL Hedwig von Luneborg for all her work for the Barony over the
last two years.

Thanks to all who applied for these offices.
