I won't be able to make it down due to an Oklahoma trip, however I have a fighter who needs the authorization fight and he WILL be ready by then.  Can I send him down?

I’m trying to put together a melee / authorization practice on Sunday, March 6th, somewhere in the Houston area.  Still looking for a location and some authorizing marshals (rapier and archery).
