[Coastal] Last Chance to Authorize Melee Practice 3/6

Only problem I can think of with Memorial park is that we want to be able to authorize siege and combat archery.  I seem to recall the local constabulary was a bit non-plussed when we suggested throwing things through the air at Memorial.  We did use the median park in the Heights for siege once...

Although this is intended to be a practice, as well, the primary purpose is to give folks one more chance to get their authorizations, so it won't be an all-day affair.  I've got to do my own last-minute projects and packing, too!

What about the spot in Memorial Park we Stargate has some practices last year?  It is large enough to do some melee work.  Parking is not great but folks can walk.

I am not sure if I can make it or not.  I still have a ton of work to do to get ready.  Autocrat stuff is all good but I have a lot of work to do on armor, bed, tent...  I will make it if I can.

I won't be able to make it down due to an Oklahoma trip, however I have a fighter who needs the authorization fight and he WILL be ready by then.  Can I send him down?
