[Coastal] Youth authorization anybody???

Germanicus de Atlan the Central Youth combat marshal has volunteered  to 
come to Loch Sollier or Star 
Gate to conduct an authorization for both youth combat  or  any adult who 
might be interested in being a youth combat marshal in the  region.  He is 
suggesting coming down on a weekend in February so as to  have authorization 
in place for Gulf War. Any youths interested in getting  authorized besides 
my boy child on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon in  February?  He will bring 
equipment and gear down as loaner.
Let me know as soon as possible.
