Greetings all <br><br>We have been invited to hold a demo at the Houston Museum of Natural Science during the Di Vinci Exhibit. The date is April 26th and the time is 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. <br><br>Leonardo lived from 1452 - 1519. That places his adult life concomitant with Tudor England, Valois France, the Ottoman Empire, the Holy Roman Empire, The Republics, Duchies and Kingdom in Italy (Di Vinci spent most of his life in Milan, Venice, Rome and Bolona) and the Spain of Ferdinand and Isabella.<br>
<br>Painting, garb, fiber arts, calligraphy, illumination, dance, madrigal and other music, rapier, and late armor immediately come to mind as appropriate to the demo. I've probably missed something important.
Lady Ciarnat of Firethorn and I (and anyone who cares to join us) will meet with the museum representative this Thursday at 10:00 am. We should have more information by then.<br><br>Alas, this demo is opposite Bordermarch's Baronial. Her Excellency as their Titled Artisan will be attending that event as, I am sure many others reading this intend. This is, however, a wonderful opportunity to reach people who are very likely to have an interest in what we do. To TE Santiago and Elizabeth and our good friends in Bordermarch, I beg your understanding of the opportunity this provides for us and the request I make to the local populaces to support this demo.<br>
