[DFT] Guardian Pre-event

There is 6 weeks until Guardian of the Tor. this is a time for gathering
materials, getting banners sewn and brining together all that has been
decided at the planning meetings and populaces to date.

Planning meeting from now till guardian are to ensure that all the work
we've agree to do for the event are being done. and that the administrative
paperwork needed for this event are complete. all of the decisions needed to
be made for this event have been made at the planning meetings and previous
populace meetings.

We need your help to make this event come off well. There have been several
people who have devoted 5+ months of their time preparing for this event.
and now is the time we need folks to step up to help with the creation of
Banners, preparing the site. and getting pre-event stuff up and ready.

The next Planning meeting will be Thursday May 16th  at 5:30 at Peacocks on
loop 377
