[DFT] Loch Ruadh group status polling

Greetings Elfsea,

For the benefit of any who may do not yet know, on January 28, 2004, the
Kingdom Seneschal mailed polling cards to paid members (sustaining, family &
associate) of the SCA who reside within the zip codes designated for Elfsea,
Loch Ruadh and Dragonsfire Tor. If you are a paid member, you should have
received something in the mail by now. If not, please contact the kingdom
seneschal at: seneschal at ansteorra.org with your name, membership number,
membership type and mailing address. The kingdom seneschal has requested
that poll responses be postmarked by February 14, so do not delay if you
have not yet received a notice.

Again, this is only intended for current paid, sustaining, family &
associate members of Elfsea, Loch Ruadh & Dragonsfire Tor. The kingdom is
explicitly asking for your opinion, so please take advantage of the
opportunity to provide it.
