[DFT] A&S Weekend Day proposal

I am about to ask for the dates for A&S nights.  It was suggested that we 
start having some meetings on Saturdays.  I was wondering if setting up an A&S 
Saturday for the same weekend as populace would be a good idea.  My reasoning is 
that if we keep Populace meeting, an official Fighter Practice, and A&S all 
on the same weekend it might be easier to remember when it was.  You could just 
know that the second weekend of the month was Dragon's Fire Tor weekend.  

The room can't be reserved until January 12 as I understand it so I hope that 
we can come up with some final dates to give to our Student Representative at 
Populace Meeting this Sunday.

Also remember that we have the Fabric District trip planned for the weekend 
after Coronation.  If you want to stay overnight at Julie's house we need to 
know because she only has room for 6 people.  So far I have myself and one other 
reserved leaving 4 overnight spots left.  We have plenty of room for 
Daytrippers. Please consider Daytrippping with us even if you aren't going to be 
shopping that weekend. We are going to be sewing after the shopping and if you have 
a project you need help with there should be plenty of us there to help you 
out.
