[DFT] Guardian of the Tor event

No, the $400 is just for the use of the area if we also have them cater. If
we don't have them cater, then they charge $800 for the area. Basically,
they want a certain profit from the event and are willing to spread it
between the cost of the food and the cost of the site, or put it all in the
site. That is a fair result if the food costs are not too high.

so, what you're saying, is that they are actually charging us to make it,
plus the cost of the food. So how much WAS the total cost of the site last
year?

Just an add in note. The $400. is in addition to the cost of the food for
the resturant.
