[DFT] Guardian of the Tor event

I would vote redoing the event on June 18-20.

If we were to do it in July we have not only the heat to deal with it would 
be after a HUGE event and 4th of July so every one would be tired and broke.

In respons to Mark's question, I believe TJ said that he had talked with 
Cheree right after the event was canceled and that we would only have to pay 
the remaining amount from our washed out event(she only took the deposit) 
but he didn't get anything in writing and is not sure if Cheree remembers.

Thora votes redo on June 18-20.
