[DFT] The New Seneschal of DFT

As my official act I'd like to announce that Lord Thomas is the newest
seneschal for DFT. It was signed in this past Saturday at crown tourney.
Lord Thomas has requested that I announce that the meeting that is this
Sunday will be held at FMC at 5:30 pm
