[DFT] New DFT Seneschal

Greeting Unto the Canton of Drangonsfire Tor from Master Philip White, 
Central Regional Seneschal,

Unfortunately mundane reasons have forced him to end his tenure in office a 
little early, but I would like to thank Lord Guyon Dupre for stepping in 
recently as your Seneschal.  I only worked with him for a short time, but he 
has done a good job serving you.  Please thank him personally.  Working in 
this office is a hard job and he helped the group by stepping into the 
office for a time.

Also, please welcome Lord Thomas de Ruthven as his replacement and thank him 
for stepping up to volunteer.  He is a longtime member of the Canton and I 
am sure will revitalize the group.  Good things to come I am sure.
